Raise your game as a leader

For several years, Rich (with the partnership of other senior leaders) has been facilitating multiple groups made up of business leaders and business owners. The intent is to facilitate the setting, tracking, and achievement of goals in all areas of life. 

We believe that we are all leaders, regardless of role or title. Group members support each other to navigate the unique challenges that come up in leadership. The focus is on building social and emotional intelligence, and using awareness and choice to be a better and more conscious leader. 

• Groups meet every 3 weeks for 2-3 hours.
